Toots ,It doesnt matter how many times we say " well they aint gonni get to me next time " something always rears its ugly head to unsettle us , you know ive been hit by the past and it upset me , but I believe once we are through it it makes us a better person more sensitive to other people who's head are being "messed with " dont see it as a stumbling block see it as a stepping stone . x
